Why it works:  

In one way or another, throughout history all the greats have said it..Socrates said, "Know thyself." In the Bible it says, "As within, so without." I don't know who said this, but it's one of my favorites, "There is no 'out there' out there." And good ol' Billy Shakespeare said it this way..."This above all else, to thine own self be true." 

Coaching works because we really do have all the answers within. We are never ever given a challenge, problem, crisis, etc that we do not have the strength and inner resources to move through. And let me be clear, the goal is not to have a problem free life...the goal is to know who we really are, to find our purpose, to share our gifts and talents with the world, and to realize that we are more than the sum of of our thoughts, personal stories, and current situations... MUCH MORE. As much as I would love to say that what I do is magic (and often the results certainly seem to fall into the "magical" category) the truth is I don't DO anything. My job is to BE a space for you to know yourself. Who are you when the noise of the rest of your life is muted? What happens when you take at least 1 hour a week to focus on your self, your life, your goals, your inner guidance? How free do you feel when you quiet the stories you're telling yourself and reclaim dominion over your thoughts?

It really is all you, however sometimes it is infinitely easier to remember this, practice this and make this way of being a habit with the help of someone who can KNOW it for you until you KNOW it for yourself. 

Scheduling & Pricing Information

Coaching sessions are by phone, Skype or in person if you live in the Los Angeles area. When beginning coaching with me, a minimum two month commitment is required to give yourself time to anchor the changes that you are making. My coaching and support fee per month is $400  which includes:

• 3 one-hour sessions

• Email support and correspondence in between sessions

• Initial intake questionnaire that you complete and I review before our first session

• 100% confidentiality In order for you to go to the places you may need to go, you must feel safe. I guarantee that from the first time we talk that every word you share is sacred and private.

• a customized experience that will give you the tools to ultimately make me unnecessary and give you the confidence to move through any challenge that life gives you with grace and appreciation.

The cancellation policy is 24 hours in advance and payment is via Paypal. Credit cards are accepted.
