Ingredients
1 cup organic frozen berries (any kinds)
2 cups fresh spinach
2 cups water
1/4 inch ginger-root, or to taste (helpful to grate it into the blender first)

Directions
Add all ingredients into a blender. Blend until mixed. Serve in tall glasses and enjoy.
