Ginger Winter Green Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup organic frozen berries (any kinds)
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 2 cups water
  • 1/4 inch ginger-root, or to taste (helpful to grate it into the blender first)

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients into a blender. Blend until mixed. Serve in tall glasses and enjoy.
