Caroline Wallace’s culinary style fuses traditional gourmet cooking and nutritional know-how—she calls it Creative Conscious Cuisine. Caroline cooks with seasonal, organic, local ingredients not only because it tastes better and has been shown to have greater nutritional value, but also because this lifestyle supports the community and a greener, healthier planet. Although good health is her focus, she also believes that true satisfaction comes from enjoying good food and a good life. The phrase ‘living without’ is not part of her vocabulary. Every unique culinary challenge is an opportunity to exercise creativity in the kitchen and she believes that achieving better health and vitality through whole healing foods is a delicious and divine experience.

Caroline received her education and training as a Natural and Therapeutic Chef at Bauman College in Berkeley, California. She is certified in Permaculture from the Regenerative Design Institute in Bolinas, California. Her background as an artist and designer is reflected in the creative use of form, color, texture, flavor and the presentation of her food. Her love for traveling is a constant source of inspiration and her food is infused with flavors from around the world.
