Comparing your body to someone else's?

A good way to shift that.

What Adele Taught Me...

a lesson in owning my worth.

Hi Beautiful Community, As a heart-preneur, I'm always seeking inspiration. Ways to open up to more creativity, joy & upliftment. Thus my desire to experience live music. Nothing gets my juices flowing more! If you feel the same way, you might just love tapping into your own theme song! (http://bit.ly/ruXnjC) Just a little somethin' I use often.

Anyway, I got to see Adele LIVE this week. And I am jumping up and down...still on fire! In today's video, I'll share an invaluable lesson I learned from her. Get it for yourself below this post, or click the link here: http://on.fb.me/bodyheartadele In the comments below this video, I'd love to hear how you plan to implement this lesson into your life this week. Or, even how it went when you did! Was it freeing? Scary? Were you nervous? I wanna know!
