Meet RayShael Gutierres Mamani, Age 13

Ray Shael (Ray as we like to call her) came to Casa de Milagros nine years ago when she was five years old. Her mother committed suicide in front of her by ingesting rat poison; at which point she and her nine-month old half sister, Doris, were cared for by her maternal grandparents for about three months.
